Gerald H. Cromack, Managing Director and Founder
Mr. Cromack co-founded Tri-Artisan with Mr. Manocha in early 2002. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Cromack was a principal in the 1994 leveraged buyout of Furman Selz LLC, which was sold in 1997 to ING Group. Mr. Cromack remained with ING Group (and the successor owner, ABN AMRO) until the beginning of 2002, serving as an executive member of the investment bank. Prior thereto, Mr. Cromack worked as a senior member in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Mr. Cromack started his career at the First National Bank of Chicago in its leveraged buyout corporate finance group. Mr. Cromack received a BA, with Distinction, in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Cromack is currently a member of the board of directors of Hartz Mountain Corporation, a former Tri-Artisan portfolio company. |

Rohit Manocha, Managing Director and Founder
Mr. Manocha co-founded Tri-Artisan with Mr. Cromack in early 2002. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Manocha was a founding partner of Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. Prior thereto, he was a principal in the 1994 leveraged buyout of Furman Selz LLC, which was sold in 1997 to ING Group. Mr. Manocha remained with ING Group until the beginning 1999, where he took responsibility of the North American private equity coverage and consumer, retailing and industrial mergers and acquisitions businesses. Prior thereto, Mr. Manocha worked at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and was a founding member of its private equity coverage effort. Mr. Manocha began his career as a corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney in New York and California. Mr. Manocha received a BS in Engineering and a JD from Columbia University. Mr. Manocha currently serves on the board of directors of Claire’s Stores, Inc., a Tri-Artisan portfolio company. |

Frank Fischer, Managing Director
Frank Fischer joined Tri-Artisan in 2008, based in Toronto. Mr. Fischer is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Apex Equity Partners Inc., a position he has held since 1999. Prior to Apex, Mr. Fischer worked in the mergers and acquisitions department at Scotia Capital Markets, one of Canada's largest investment banking firms. Prior to Scotia Capital, he worked at Capital Canada Limited, a boutique merchant banking and advisory firm. Mr. Fischer practiced law for several years in Toronto with the major Canadian law firms Blake, Cassels & Graydon and Stikeman Elliott LLP. Mr. Fischer received an MBA from the University of Chicago, a LLM from Cambridge University and a JD and BA from the University of Toronto. Mr. Fischer currently serves on the board of directors of Actronix Inc. |

Thomas M. Harney, Managing Director - Head of Real Estate
Mr. Harney joined Tri-Artisan in 2008 after eleven years at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., where he served as Senior Managing Director of the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group and Senior Managing Director & Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking. Prior to that, Mr. Harney held senior real estate investment banking and principal investment roles at Merrill Lynch and BT Securities. He started his career at Olympia & York Properties in 1983. Mr. Harney received a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and he is a graduate of New York University’s Real Estate Finance & Development program. |

Daniel B. Hébert, Managing Director
Mr. Hébert joined Tri-Artisan in 2005 after spending over five years at Rabobank International as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to Rabobank, he was a Managing Director and Head of the Global Food & Beverage Group at BT Alex Brown. Prior thereto, he was a Director in the Corporate Finance Department at Salomon Brothers. He began his career in the Corporate Finance department at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Hébert received an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a BA from Acadia University. Mr. Hébert serves on the board of directors of Groupe Smithfield, S.L., a Tri-Artisan portfolio company, Prosys Tech Corporation, Jersey Dairy Products, Inc. and sits on the Executive Committee of Continuum Health Partners, a nonprofit hospital system in New York City. |

Donald R. Hutchison, Managing Director and Founding Member
Mr. Hutchison joined TACP in 2002 as a founding member. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Hutchison served as a Vice President in the Private Equity Coverage Group at Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, where he was involved in broadening the firm’s private equity coverage universe with leading large capitalization sponsors and selected venture capitalists. Prior thereto, Mr. Hutchison served in various roles in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Hutchison was a founding member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Global Paper, Packaging and Forest Products Group, which was formed in 1994. Mr. Hutchison received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. |

David E. Libowitz, Managing Director
Mr. Libowitz joined Tri-Artisan in 2007. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Libowitz served as a founder and Managing Partner of Trails End Partners, a private equity firm focused on early stage and middle-market companies. Prior thereto, Mr. Libowitz worked for eleven years at Warburg Pincus serving in various roles, including five years as a Partner. In this role, Mr. Libowitz participated in various aspects of transactions for the firm’s private equity funds, including investing in, or managing portfolio companies in, the media, media services, business services, manufacturing, oil and gas services and retail industries, and served on 14 boards of directors of both public and private companies. Mr. Libowitz began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst at Equitable Capital Management. Mr. Libowitz received an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Tufts University. |

Suzanne Murphy, Managing Director - Fund Services
Ms. Murphy joined Tri-Artisan in 2008 to establish a consulting practice catering to hedge and private equity funds. Ms. Murphy raises money for managers on a selective basis and advises clients on fund positioning and performance coaching. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Ms. Murphy was a Managing Director at Delphi Capital Management, the holding company for Acorn Advisory Capital and Pergamon Partners, where she was a member of Acorn’s Investment Committee and responsible for building a $1 billion hedge fund in the equity market neutral space. Prior to joining Delphi, Ms. Murphy served as the Managing Director in charge of alternative investments for C.E Unterberg Towbin (CEUT), a boutique investment bank in New York. While at CEUT, Ms. Murphy developed the firm’s brand in the alternative investment area and was instrumental in launching a hedge fund in partnership with Standard & Poor’s and a fund of funds. Prior to joining CEUT, Ms. Murphy’s served in various capital markets roles at Drexel Burnham and Morgan Stanley, with expertise in convertible bonds and U.S. equities. Ms. Murphy received a BA, magna cum laude from Wheaton College. She was also a member on the President’s Commission of Wheaton College and served on its Investment Committee. Ms. Murphy currently serves on the Investment Committee of Acorn Advisory Capital. |

David Boemo, Managing Director and Chief Fiancial Officer
Mr. Boemo joined Tri-Artisan in 2008. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Boemo served in various roles at ABN AMRO, and acquired operations of ING Barings, from 1997 to 2008. During his tenor, Mr. Boemo held several senior management roles, including Chief Financial Officer - North America, and was a member of the bank’s Regional Management Committee. Mr. Boemo managed a large and diverse group of finance professionals in addition to providing transitional leadership and financial expertise related to ABN AMRO’s acquisitions and divestitures. Prior thereto, he was a Vice President and Controller of the Corporate Trust Division of Bankers Trust Company and a Manager in the Financial Services Audit Practice of Ernst & Young. Mr. Boemo received a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. |

Ian J. Rubin, Vice President
Mr. Rubin joined Tri-Artisan in 2002. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Rubin served in various roles in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers Holding Inc. During his time at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Rubin worked in the Global Chemical and Financial Sponsor Coverage groups where he focused primarily on corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions within the broadly defined industrial sector. Mr. Rubin received a BA in Classics from the University of Michigan and an MA in Classics from Florida State University. |

Todd J. Miller, Vice President
Mr. Miller joined Tri-Artisan in 2007. In 2006, Mr. Miller participated in the launch of a private equity firm focused on investment opportunities in Brazil. Prior thereto, from 2000 to 2006, Mr. Miller worked at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and ABN AMRO, where he held various investment banking roles. During this period, Mr. Miller primarily focused on leveraged finance transactions and other credit products, including high yield, leveraged loan and mezzanine financings supporting private equity and strategic acquisitions. Mr. Miller received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. |

Jonathan Bedrick, Associate
Mr. Bedrick joined Tri-Artisan in 2007. Prior to Tri-Artisan, from 2005 to 2007, Mr. Bedrick worked at Wachovia Securities in the Healthcare Investment Banking group. During this period, Mr. Bedrick completed several mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance transactions, as well as public offerings of debt and equity securities for healthcare services companies. Mr. Bedrick received a BBA in Finance and Venture Management from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. |

David Merkur, Analyst
Mr. Merkur joined Tri-Artisan in 2008. Prior to Tri-Artisan, from 2006 to 2008, Mr. Merkur worked at Merrill Lynch in the Media and Telecom Investment Banking group. During this period, Mr. Merkur worked on and completed several mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions in both the media and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Merkur received a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. |

Ms. Chu joined Tri-Artisan in 2008. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Ms. Chu worked in the Fixed Income Commodities and Currency Advisory group at Goldman Sachs. During her tenure at Goldman, she completed and worked on numerous transactions within the consumer finance space. Ms. Chu received a BS in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. |
